COMPANY INFORMATION

ADC provided industrial automation and communications solutions that operate mission-critical equipment used in utility, pipeline, transportation, and production facilities until 2015. The Company's operations began in 1971 as Reynal Controls and was renamed to American Digital in 1987. In 2008, the Company was renamed to ADCUSA, Inc. ADCUSA, Inc. is a subsidiary of American Digital, LP.

NOTICE OF SUSPENDING SCADA OPERATIONS: In May 2015 the Board of Directors of ADCUSA, Inc. elected to suspend its Supervisory Controls Division, effective June 30, 2015. This division provided Supervisory (SCADA) products and services. As of July 1, 2015 the Company has a limited inventory of completed product assemblies as described in the Supervisory Catalog, and will continue to sell those items until such inventories are depleted. As of June 30, 2015, ADCUSA, Inc. will cease all operations with this particular product line including technical support, consulting, and repairs.

REMAINING ADCUSA, Inc. BUSINESS UNAFFECTED: Other businesses withing ADCUSA, Inc. remain in operation and are not affected by the closure of the Company's SCADA business.
