THOMAS D. REYNAL became a director of the Company in 1987 when the Reynal Company's SCADA business was organized into a separate corporation. Mr. Reynal studied engineering sciences at Texas A&M University and business administration at the University of Houston. Prior to joining ADC, Mr. Reynal was a Marketing Manager with Ferranti Int'l. Controls (now Bailey Network Management), a supplier of large SCADA systems to electric and gas utilities. Mr. Reynal is a member of IEEE and is active on several workgroups of the Power Engineering Society. As President, he is responsible for the overall Company's affairs with special emphasis on Marketing and product development.
