The small-sized COMMANDER™ Single-board RTU provides advanced telemetry and control functions for SCADA (Supervisory, Control, and Data Acquisition) systems.

Asynchronous Master communications are supported through an RS-232 interface. Eight of the sixteen status inputs may be optionally configured as low speed pulse inputs. RTUs are quickly configured by storing values in non-volatile memories by use of a hand-held test set or a portable computer. The unit's firmware is compatible with the larger (cardfile) Commander RTU for long term evolutionary options.

This assembly is provided in the following versions (XXX designation of part number).

• -001: Unit card, standard version
• -002: Option - additional parts for optional LEDs (must be specified when ordering)
• -003: Option - provide IDC connectors instead of pull-apart connectors, for use with external Termination Assembly
• -004: Unit card -001 with both 002 and 003 options
• -005: Option - additional parts for Analog Output (setpoint control)
